Custom Sublimation Gang Sheet

Printed on premium 24” wide Epson DS Sublimation Transfer Paper, these beauties pack a punch with bold, eye-popping colors and crisp details - perfect for making your designs shine on any sublimation project.

Artwork Requirements:

• For best results, submit artwork at 300 DPI resolution in PNG file format. 
• Do not mirror your images - our printer software handles that automatically.
• Make sure your artwork dimensions are exact, as we do not resize designs.
• Please note that Disney or watermarked images will not be accepted.

Recommendations:

• Do not upload mirrored images.
• Apply your full-color sublimation transfers using a heat press or Cricut Easy Press with low pressure - household irons are not recommended.
• Always use a cover sheet like butcher paper or parchment paper when pressing, and use a fresh sheet for each transfer.
• These transfers work best on 100% polyester garments, producing vibrant, bold results. On 65% polyester garments, expect a more vintage, faded look. Sublimation transfers should not be used on garments with less than 65% polyester and are not suitable for 100% cotton.
• For the best results, use white fabric, as other colors may cause the design to appear faded. Sublimation does not show up on dark fabrics.
• Items like mousepads, coasters, and mugs must have a polyester coating for proper application of the ready-to-press full-color custom sublimation transfer.
• Keep in mind, the higher the polyester content, the more color will transfer. The percentage of polyester is the percentage of color that will be applied from the transfer.

Sizing Recommendations:

• Infant 5" longest side
• Toddler/Kid 7" longest side
• Youth 8.5" longest side
• Adult 10.5" longest side
• Adult Plus 12" longest side

TURNAROUND TIME: 24 hours excluding holidays/weekends

Application Instructions:

1. Set temperature to between 385 and 400 °F.
2. Set timer to 60 seconds.
3. Set Pressure at medium.
4. Place the paper face down on garment.
5. Cover with a sheet of parchment or butcher paper. Use a new sheet of paper for each transfer.
6. Press at 385 to 400 °F for 60 seconds with medium pressure.
7. Remove paper immediately and peel hot.
